Nancy Hughes & Kathleen Urquhart
For team events, Nancy partners with Kathleen Urquhart, a coach, facilitator and trainer based in Singapore.
Prior to focusing full time on leadership development, she had 20 years of work experience in the Retail and Hospitality Sectors, including most recently leading a team of more than 400 as the General Manager of The American Club, Singapore.
She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Isenberg, School of Management and the Newfield Network Coaching Program. She is a member of The International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Kathleen is also a certified facilitator for MBTI. Kathleen has lived and worked in Singapore for 15 years.
